EPA - Water Utility Flood Preparedness - Berwick, ME

Climate change and the increasing threat of super-storms, such as Sandy in October of 2012, have made it vitally important that water utilities do everything they can to prepare for storms and floods.  Rock Creek worked closely with the EPA’s Water Utility Resiliency Project Team to craft this training and informational video to show utility managers the steps they could take to ensure the resiliency of their facilities. Working with our client CSRA, Rock Creek traveled to Berwick, Maine to film every aspect of this water utility resiliency inspection. We produced a series of four videos on different aspects of the topic. Check out the whole series at https://toolkit.climate.gov/case-studies/small-water-utility-builds-flood-resilience.
